C & C Chimney is the premier Chimney Company in Oklahoma. We are growing and looking for persons to enter our apprenticeship program to develop the skills to move to the role of a field technician. We provide paid training and will teach you a profitable trade that can provide for you and your family. Please reply with your resume and contact information if you would like to be considered. Duties and Requirements:
- Inspect and sweep chimneys, fireplaces and dryer vents
- Chimney repairs, chimney crowns, repointing/tuckpointing, and flashing
- Install chimney caps, chase covers, etc.
- Comfortable on ladders and confidently be able to work on a roof
- Ability to work overtime during the peak season
- Active participation in training and meetings
- Must be punctual and able to meet time commitments
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a trustworthy individual
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to sell while on location
Applicants must also have:
- Comfortable with Heights and climbing ladders
- Comfortable in attics and crawl spaces
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Social security card/be a US citizen
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Be healthy and physically fit
- Mechanical aptitude
- Be a problem solver
- Be reliable and ethical
